2011 MEMBERSHIP FORM

We can't do it alone. We need your help!!!

All memberships expire July 30, 2010. At that time all gate codes are canceled and a new one is issued to all members, along with a new tag ! Attached to this email is a membership form..We did not raise the price and hope all will support our fundraisers this coming year.

MEMBERSHIPS MAY BE:
• MAILED TO ADDRESS ON FORM
• LEFT IN THE MAILBOX AT THE PARK...(GREEN MAILBOX ON LITTLE HOUSE)
• DELIVERED TO ADDRESS ON FORM..(LEAVE IN BASKET BY DOOR)

You will be issued a new tag and code..via email ...PLEASE FILL OUT COMPLETELY AND CLEARLY.

MEDIAL RECORDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY ALL!!!

ON July 24 ( 1:30 to 4) we will be sponsoring a shot clinic at Academy West Animal Hospital on Bell and 63rd. The same as the clinics at the park only inside and COOL. Rattlesnake and Microchips will also be available. This will enable everyone to get updated prior to the August 1 date.

NOTE.. It’s very upsetting to hear people are giving their codes to non members, we will be monitoring this situation very closely thru the next year. You must have your tag, and give your name when asked. Its not fair to anyone and a liability risk to everyone to have people sneak in......Its all of our park, so they are cheating all of us.!!!Anthem Pets Board. Click here for more information

TENNIS BALL....SPECIAL THANKS TO THE TENNIS CENTER FOR THE NEW TENNIS BALLS....WE CAN ALWAYS USE OLD TENNIS BALLS JUST DROP THEM IN THE BASKETS.....ALSO PICK THEM UP WHEN YOU USE THEM AND REPLACE IN THE BASKETS.

CHECK OUT THE CUTE AND I WILL LOVE YOU POSTERS ...Placed around Anthem to draw attention to our pets needing new homes. If you know someone looking have them check or site...Also the Foothills Focus, the In and Out, and Images have offered to run pets for us also... TEACHERS... If you are a teacher we now have a great program for all ages being handled by Mary Ann Bowen and Joe Cocker her special dog..email us at anthempets@yahoo.com for info on setting up a school educational program for the next school year.

WEDNESDAY WILL BE A RE-BAGGING OF DOG FOOD DAY AT THE PARK....8 AM..Please give the needy a few minutes and help us re-bag food for the homeless, the seniors , and meals on wheels...we have been doing this for two years now and a lot of people/pets depend on us and the food we give them.

ONE LAST NOTE.....We really need cat fosters...the more we can learn how they are in a home enviorment the quicker they get adopted. email us if you can help or just answer when the emails go out.

DOG PARK BULLY???

Please don’t let another dog Bully your pet and leave the park or feel uncomfortable...and by all means speak to the owner..it’s your dog and your dogs well being. If you speak to the owner about a dog with bad or bully behavior and get nowhere contact us...But speak to the owner first.. If your dog is the Bully and won’t leave someone’s pet alone that does not want to be bothered...deal with it and get your pet under control...It’s hot and even dogs get grouchy...but we will not deal with bad behavior of a dog/dogs running off other owners and pets.

TRASH AND POOP STATIONS...

The Poop stations are for just that...throw your trash in the barrel by the gate...We do not have trash cans in the park due to the fact the dogs would knock it over and who would pick up the trash...????Our Park Patrol is a great help and they don’t need to deal with your trash because you are too lazy to put it in the trash can....The Poop Station bags are not meant to be used for trash....
